The wagons were constructed by the French firm Rolanfer, which put new bodies on old chassis of the CFL.

All trucks are owned by CFL but are rented to the steel industry ProfilARBED and have therefore the inscription "loué à ProfilARBED". They are used exclusively to transport scraps between Mertert port and the steel plants of Belval, Differdingen and Schifflingen

All vehicle-bodies are painted dark blue. The number in great digits in the upper right corner of the body proves of a specification of the truck. Most wagons but not all have a hand-brake (yellow wheel). 2 types of pivot-mountings are used:

These trucks have been delivered and used as scraps-trucks. They have been transformed and specialized for transportation of coal.

A horizontal black and white stripe has been apposed in the middle of the vehicle body. The inscription "Anthracite ARES" was disposed below the number of the wagon.

The firm Rolanfer has delivered further freight-trucks to the steel industry ProfilARBED. All of them are owned by Rolanfer but rented to ProfilARBED. They are used inside the plants to transport scraps. They are not authorized to circulate on the CFL lines.

The vehicle-bodies are painted dark blue with a horizontal white stripe (incorporated number and logo ProfilARBED) in the middle of it.

There are trucks with and without hand-brake and they use the 2 types of pivot-mountings.
